Estella Mae Morris, age 92, of Sycamore, died Thursday, January 8, 2015 in her home.

She was born February 23, 1922, in South Franklin Township, Washington County, a daughter of the late Henry and Inez Ullom Robison.

On December 5, 1952 she married James Albert Morris Sr., who died April 26, 1992.

Mrs. Morris was a homemaker and had also worked as a baby sitter and caretaker. She resided most of her life in Greene County and was a member of Bates Fork Baptist Church in Sycamore. She enjoyed quilting and gardening.

Surviving are 10 children, Shirley Gray (the late Harry) of Washington, Ruth Cole (Keith) of Toledo, Ohio, Helen Nelson (the late Jerry) of Carmichaels, Linda Hughes (Jim) of Prosperity, Pauline Kirby (Jim) of Florida, Richard Morris (Debbie) of Toledo, Ohio, Janet White (Richard) of Waynesburg, Jane Bever (Doug) of Ohio, Jimmy Morris with whom she made her home, and Joyce King (Sam) of Waynesburg; 23 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and one sister, Betty Daugherty of Washington.

Deceased are a son, Jesse D. Morris; 6 brothers, Henry Jr., Joe, Jesse, Chuck, Russell, and Harley Robison; a sister, Margaret Rice; a granddaughter, Carol Hilverding,; and a great-grandson.

Friends will be received 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m., Friday in Behm Funeral Homes Inc., 182 West High St., Waynesburg, where services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, January 10, 2015 with Rev. Larry A. Douglas officiating followed by burial in Greene County Memorial Park.
