Man charged

State police said Alex Spell, 21, of Dilliner was charged with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct after he allegedly caused a disturbance along Moffit Road in Dunkard Twp. around 11 p.m. July 7.

Home damaged

State police said Tammy Kay Cooley, 54, reported to police that someone threw a beer car at her home, causing paint damage, in the early morning hours on July 9 along Deep Valley Road in Springhill Twp. Anyone with information about this incident should contact state police at 724-627-6151.

Car damaged

State police said Amanda Lynn Hall, 26, of Brave reported to police that the back window of her Mazda 5 minivan was damaged while it was parked on Oak Forest Road in Gray Twp. sometime between 10:45 p.m. July 4 and 12 p.m. July 5.

Man charged

State police said Scott A. Rolf, 44, of Clarksville was arrested at 2:40 p.m. July 10 for allegedly causing a disturbance at a residence on East Roy Furman Highway in Franklin Twp. A charge of disorderly conduct was filed at Magisterial District Judge Glenn Bates, police said.

Pistol stolen

State police said Louie Bartholomew Greco of Waynesburg reported that sometime between 6 p.m. and 7:45 p.m. June 30 someone removed a Smith and Wesson semi-automatic pistol from his dresser drawer at his room at Buddy’s Motel in Franklin Twp.

Charges filed

State police Scott Alan Rolf, 44, and Lisa Ann Martin, 31, addresses not listed, were found to be in possession on June 11 of two two-and-a-half gallon containers filled with an undisclosed amount of change that had previously been stolen belonging to David Anthony Arnold from a residence at Teagarden Homes in Clarksville. Rolf and Martin was charged with receiving stolen property, police said.

Theft reported

State police said sometime between 5 a.m. and 9 p.m. July 11 someone forcibly entered Joyce Valentine’s residence on Stone Hill Road in Center Twp. and removed personal property belonging to Valentine.

Lawnmower stolen

Sometime between 9 a.m. July 10 and 2:30 p.m. July 11 someone stole a lawnmower from the porch of Blaine Robert Crupe’s residence on Aleppo Road in Aleppo Twp., state police said.

Man charged

State police said Stephen Morgan, 48, address unlisted, was charged with harassment following an alleged altercation with a nine-year-old boy in front of a residence on 7th St. in Mather.

Crash reported

State police said vehicles driven by Waylon H. Hanlan Jr., 27, of Mt. Morris and Shawn E. Demidovich, 39, of Morgantown, W.Va., collided at 4:36 p.m. July 10 on Creek Hill Road in Dunkard Twp. Hanlan suffered unknown injuries, police said.

Arson reported

State police said a vehicle owned by James Isaac Temple of Waynesburg was found fully engulfed in flames on Woodland Ave. in Franklin Twp. at 5:18 a.m. July 13. Temple previously reported to Waynesburg Borough police that the vehicle was stolen from his residence, police said. State police were assisted at the scene by Waynesburg-Franklin Twp. Fire Dept. and Waynesburg Borough police.
