Charlotte A. Riddell, age 79, of Waynesburg died Friday, October 30, 2015 in Washington Health Systems Greene, in Waynesburg.

She was born February 17, 1936 in Rices Landing, a daughter of the late Steve and Ann Sauer Palone.

On April 5, 1954 she married William G. Riddell who died September 26, 1996.

Mrs. Riddell resided in Waynesburg since 1989. She had worked as a circulation aide for Bowlby Public Library for over 14 years.

Mrs. Riddell was Catholic by faith and was an avid reader. She loved to spend time with her grandchildren.

Surviving are four sons, Richard Riddell of Texas, James Riddell (Tiffany) of Ohio, Steve Riddell (Melia) of Carrollton, TX, and William Riddell of Florida; one daughter Kelly Riddell of Waynesburg; 10 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; one sister, Kathleen Ash of Bennett Colorado; one brother, Wayne Palone of Bennett and several nieces and nephews.

Deceased is a sister, Cynthia Prochaska.

Arrangements are being handled by Behm Funeral Homes Inc., 182 W. High St, Waynesburg. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
