Rohanna misses cut in Colombia

By For The Greene County Messenger 1 min read

Robert Rohanna started Friday by closing his weather-delayed first round with a bogey, and then was unable to get anything going and missed the cut at the Volvo Colombian Classic presented by Arturo Calle.

Rohanna’s second round mirrored his first, finishing with a 5-over 75 for a two-day total of 10-over 150.

In Thursday’s first round, Rohanna played the back nine, his first nine holes, in 4-over 39. He had an even-par round going on his back nine through his 17th hole when the tournament was called due to darkness.

After bogeying his 18th hole of the first round, the Waynesburg Central graduate, starting on No. 1 for the second round, played his front nine in 5-over with a double bogey and three bogeys.

Rohanna started with consecutive pars on the back, and then carded his lone birdie of the second round. He gave the shot back with a bogey on No. 18.
