Michael L. Fletcher, 41, of Mount Morris, died at 8:01 a.m. on Tuesday, March 22, 2016 in Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh.

He was born September 26, 1974 in Morgantown, West Virginia, a son of Treva K. (Friday) Fletcher of Mount Morris and the late Ronald K. Fletcher.

Mr. Fletcher was a 1992 graduate of Waynesburg Central High School and resided in Mount Morris all of his life. He enjoyed his job as a paramedic at EMS Southwest until his illness in 2011. Mr. Fletcher attended nursing school for a short time and enjoyed playing cards. He was a former member of the Mount Morris Community Volunteer Fire Department.

Surviving in addition to his mother are a brother, Christopher Ray Fletcher of Dilliner; his uncles and aunts, Curt and Mary Kisner and Robert and Linda Fletcher, all of Fairmont, West Virginia and Brenda Popovich of Fort Lauderdale, Florida; and several cousins.

Deceased in addition to his father are an uncle, William L. Friday; and an aunt, Carolyn Malone.

There will be no public viewing or funeral service and all arrangements are entrusted to the Yoskovich Funeral Home, Martin J. Yoskovich, Funeral Director, 300 South Vine Street, Carmichaels.
