Cal boys win Geibel tournament again

The California boys won the Geibel Catholic Tip-Off Tournament for the third year in a row Saturday night after the Trojans defeated Jefferson-Morgan, 62-23.

The Trojans (2-0) led 16-6, 29-13 and 39-17 at the quarter breaks, and then finished the game with a 23-6 flourish.

Kass Taylor scored a game-high 20 points for the Trojans.

Jalen Torres led the Rockets (1-1) with 15 points.
