Barbara Gilbert Guritza, 77, of Mather, died at 2:20 p.m. on Wednesday, December 14, 2016 at Rolling Meadows Nursing and Rehabilitation, Waynesburg.

She was born April 21, 1939 in Dilliner, a daughter of the late Edward O. and Mary H. (Daniels) Gilbert.

Mrs. Guritza resided in Mather for the past 50 years and enjoyed baking, cooking, traveling and decorating her home. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

On August 12, 1961, she married Steve Guritza, who survives.

Also surviving are a son, Bradley S. Guritza and his wife, Valerie, of Cheyenne, Wyoming; a daughter, Judi Ann Lemley and her husband, Mark, of Waynesburg; four grandchildren, Ashley Schirmer, Andrew Guritza, Austin Guritza and Alyssa Lemley Hoge; a great granddaughter, Harper Hoge; a brother, Edward Gilbert and his wife, Toni, of Dilliner; three sisters, Mary Gency of Warren, Ohio, Cecelia McNatt and her husband, Gail, of Hudson, Florida and Betty Ganocy and her husband, Ken, of Carmichaels; a brother and sister-in-law, Peter and Edna Guritza of Greensboro and several nieces and nephews.

All arrangements are private and entrusted to the Yoskovich Funeral Home, Martin J. Yoskovich, Funeral Director, 300 South Vine Street, Carmichaels.
