Ciricus L. Negley
Ciricus L. Negley, 74, of Waynesburg, passed away Tuesday, December 20, 2016, after a brief illness, with his wife and children by his side.
Born November 19, 1942, he was a son of the late Ciricus and Lois Negley.
He was the beloved husband of Debbie Negley; loving father of Ciricus (Amber) L. Negley II of New Freeport, Robin (Russ) Holcomb of South Carolina, Cyrinda Negley of Warrenton, Virginia, Christopher L. Negley and fiancée Michelle of Waynesburg and Catrina (Gary) Kennedy of Cumberland, Maryland; grandfather of Kayla, Christopher, Emerson, Timothy, Mara and Colton; great-grandfather of Brynnlee; and half brother of Roy, Tony, Susie, Patty and Janie. Many nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.
Mr. Negley was a coal miner for 33 years, who retired from Emerald Mine in Waynesburg.
He loved hunting and fishing.
Mr. Negley will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, December 23, in First Christian Church, South Morris and Franklin streets, Waynesburg. Arrangements are entrusted to Cremation & Funeral Care, 3287 Washington Road, McMurray, PA 15317, 724-260-5546.
