Spencer Merrick Elliot Hoffman, seven weeks old son of Shane Mark Edward Hoffman, Jr. and Noelle Christine Paga of Bobtown, died Saturday, January 9, 2016 at the Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgan-town. He was born November 20, 2015.

Surviving are his maternal grandparents, John Friday and Michelle Gray of Bobtown, James Gray of Ve-rona, and Lori Paga of Whitehall.; maternal great grandparents, Kevin Friday of Greensboro, Lori Friday of Carmichaels, Helen Gray of Verona and Debbie and Jim Miller of Brackenridge; paternal grandparents, Shane Hoffman, Sr. of Carmichaels and Janice Hanlan of Bobtown; paternal great grandparents, Lois Hanlan of Bobtown, Rebecca Minnick of Republic and Fred Hanlan of Dilliner; four uncles, Cody Gray of Carmichaels, William Boyd of Bobtown, Matt Paga of Whitehall and Shawn Hoffman of Carmichaels and four aunts, Destiny Gray of Verona, Julia Boyd, Samantha Boyd and Winter Pugh, all of Bobtown.

Deceased are his maternal great grandfathers, Harry E. Short and Donald Gray and his paternal great-great grandmother, Gladys Sanders.

Family and friends are welcome from 4 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday in the Yoskovich Funeral Home, Martin J. Yoskovich, Funeral Director, 300 South Vine Street, Carmichaels, where the funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 13, 2016 with Pastor John Jackson officiating. Interment will follow at Monongahela Hill Cemetery, Mapletown.
