Cash stolen

A woman reported cash was stolen from her residence on Cook Avenue in Franklin Township at 5 p.m. Feb. 23, state police said.

Theft reported

State police said an unknown person stole a bottle of liquid used in electronic cigarettes from Dub Town Vapes in Waynesburg sometime between noon and 11 p.m. Feb. 17.

Man cited

State police said Andrew Glenn Knight, 24, of Waynesburg was cited for disorderly conduct following an incident at a residence on Hedge Road in Jefferson Township at 4:05 a.m. Feb. 23.

Crash reported

State police said a 2000 Freightliner Conventional was traveling northbound on Interstate 79 in Whiteley Township at 10 a.m. Feb. 26 when two tires came off of the vehicle’s driver side truck axle; the tires crossed the median and one of the tires struck the driver’s side of a 2000 Freightliner Conventional that was traveling southbound. The vehicles’ drivers were not identified.

Vehicle scratched

State police said sometime between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Feb. 23 someone scratched the vehicle of a known person from Holbrook while the vehicle was parked in the parking lot of Waynesburg Central High School.
