Toby Kelly, 61 of Plant City, Florida, previously of Greene County, passed away March 4, 2016.

Toby is survived by three brothers, Larry, Tim, and Albert; ten sisters, Beverly, Karen, Cindy, Pauline, Robin, Barbra, Carol, Michelle, Kathy, and Ronica; several nieces and nephews and his dog Oscar.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence and Pauline; brother Frank and sisters, Patrica and Debria.
