JEFFERSON — A Carmichaels man is in jail after he allegedly pulled a gun on his estranged wife and a witness at an auto shop where she worked.

State police said Steven T. Dulik, 46, was arrested on various charges, including aggravated assault and terroristic threats, following the incident that occurred Oct. 25 in the parking lot of Dry Tavern Auto in Jefferson Township.

According to the affidavit of probable cause filed in the office of Magisterial District Judge Lee Watson, Dulik appeared at Dry Tavern Auto where Danielle Elizabeth Dulik, 27, of Rices Landing, works at 1:45 p.m., entered the building and began asking questions about seeing his children.

Both went outside into the parking lot where she told Joseph Milliken, 29, of Spraggs to watch his daughter; she then told Dulik she did not want to talk with him and he grabbed her by the arms and began dragging her through the parking lot, police said.

Danielle Dulik was able to briefly free herself before Steven Dulik grabbed her in a headlock and put a handgun to her head, police said. Danielle Dulik yelled for Milliken to call 911 and Steven Dulik said, “I will kill you and her.”

Police said Milliken ran up behind Steven Dulik and tripped him to the ground, enabling Danielle Dulik to get away. Steven Dulik then pointed the gun at Milliken and began chasing after Danielle Dulik, who crossed the road and entered another building, police said.

Steven Dulik then got into a truck and fled east on Route 188 toward Jefferson.

Police said Steven Dulik, who does not have a permit to carry a weapon, was later arraigned and charged with aggravated assault, firearms not to be carried without a license, terroristic threats, simple assault, reckless endangerment, harassment and disorderly conduct.

Following arraignment, Steven Dulik was lodged in Greene County Jail in lieu of a $100,000 straight cash bond. His preliminary hearing was scheduled to be held before Watson on Thursday, Nov. 3.
