Harry J. Taylor, 95, of Jollytown Community, New Freeport, died Sunday, October 30, 2016, in Madison Center, Morgantown, West Virginia.

Born July 31, 1921, in Jollytown, he was a son of the late Harry Jackson Taylor and Ida Jones Taylor.

Mr. Taylor was a retired laborer in steel mills. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and a member of Jollytown United Methodist Church.

Surviving are two sons and a daughter-in-law, Lynn Taylor of New Freeport and James Taylor and wife Susan of Holbrook; a daughter and a son-in-law, Karen Perry and husband James of Parma, Ohio; a sister, Leona Tennant of Holbrook; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Deceased, in addition to his parents, are a son, Harry Glenn Taylor; a brother, Charles Taylor; six sisters, Marjorie Kelley, Fern Thomas, Imogene Phillips, Gail Hennen, Louise Carter and Grace Wise and a daughter-in-law, Jackie Taylor.
