Blake Brewer scored a hat trick and Jonathan Sakai and Zach Yenchik combined for a shutout Saturday afternoon in Waynesburg Central’s 10-0 Section 3-AA victory over visiting Washington.

Waynesburg (4-0, 6-0) led 8-0 at halftime.

Brewer scored his three goals in the first half. Gavin Benson netted a pair in the first half. Dylan Cowell, Caleb Blair and Drew Miller also scored in the first half.

Miller and Clinton Ackley accounted for the Raiders’ goals in the second half.

Jimmy George had a pair of assists.

Sakai and Yenchik both made a save. Waynesburg Central put 25 shots on the Washington goal.

The Raiders play Yough on Tuesday.
