Shane Elizabeth Hopkins, seven months and two days old, of Waynesburg, died Sunday, June 18, 2017.

She was born November 16, 2016, in Morgantown, West Virginia, a daughter of James Cody Hopkins and Jessica Danielle Tennant, both of Waynesburg.

Surviving, in addition to her parents, are a sister, Rilynn Sophia Eddy, at home; maternal grandparents Mendy and Danny Tennant of Statler Run Road, Fairview, West Virginia; maternal great-grandfather Charles “Bud” Long of Hundred, West Virginia; paternal grandparents, Mike and Deysha Hopkins of Waynesburg and Jonnie McCallister of Morgantown; paternal great-grandparents Jim and Vickie Hopkins of Waynesburg; and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.

Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., the time of service, Sunday, June 25, in Owen-Neely Funeral Home, 5894 Mason-Dixon Highway, Blacksville, West Virginia, with Pastor Bob Hopkins officiating. Interment will follow in Oakmont Cemetery, Waynesburg.
