Kent Douglas Armstrong
Kent Douglas Armstrong, 58, of Crucible, died Sunday, October 8, 2017. He was born September 21, 1959, in Washington, a son of Matthew Armstrong of Canonsburg and Evelyn White Henney of Carnegie.
Mr. Armstrong enjoyed fishing, riding motorcycles, dirt bikes and all-terrain vehicles and collecting antiques. He was an avid Steelers fan. He especially enjoyed time spent with his son, family and friends.
Surviving, in addition to his parents, are a son, Aaron M. Armstrong of Crucible; a brother, Kirk (Frances) Armstrong of Canonsburg; a stepbrother, Michael Henney of Uniontown; a stepsister, Beth Hollerich of Pittsburgh; five nieces and nephews; and 16 great-nieces and nephews.
Friends and family are welcome from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., the hour of services, Thursday, October 12, in Sollon Funeral and Cremation Services Ltd., 30 East College Street, Canonsburg, Phillip L. Sollon, supervisor, J. David Sollon, director. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly suggests memorial contributions be made to the funeral home in care of his family.
