Kenneth M. Miller, Sr.
Kenneth M. Miller, Sr., age 70, of Waynesburg, passed away Sunday, April 1, 2018 in his home.
He was born March 25, 1948 in Wheeling, West Virginia, a son of the late Ernie and Dorothy Greathouse Miller.
Mr. Miller was a retired maintenance worker for Waynesburg University.
He was a veteran of the Vietnam War, serving in the U.S. Navy.
On June 8, 1970 he married his wife of 47 years, Brenda Joyce Cheksoky Miller, who passed away on January 1, 2018.
Mr. Miller was a member of the American Legion Post 330 in Waynesburg.
He was a loving husband and father.
Surviving are two sons, John Miller (Terri) and Joey Phillips both of Waynesburg; a daughter, Amanda Wilson (Jason) of Marianna; six grandchildren, Brittany Ardeno (Cory) of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Caitlin Wilson and Kendra Wilson of Marianna, Kenzi Miller of Waynesburg, and Sadie Phillips and Sierra Phillips of Waynesburg and one sister, Sandra Russell of Carmichaels.
Deceased is a son Kenneth M. Miller, Jr.
Friends will be received 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday in Behm Funeral Homes Inc., 182 W. High St., Waynesburg where a service will be held at 12:00 p.m., Friday, April 6, 2018 with Rev. William Parker officiating, followed by interment in Monongahela Hill Cemetery, in Greensboro. Graveside military honors will be accorded by American Legion Post 330, Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4793, and Disabled American Veterans 123.
