Jacqueline A. Terlesky, 82, of Mount Morris, formerly of Morgantown, West Virginia, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 16, 2018 at the Madison Center, Morgantown.

She was born January 25, 1936 in Morgantown, a daughter of the late Oscar O. and Alta W. (Anderson) Hennen.

Surviving are two sisters, Zona L. Savage (Darrell) of Chargrin Falls, Ohio and Eileen Zvara (Bob) of Mount Morris and many nieces and nephews.

Deceased are her beloved husband, Bernard J. Terlesky and a brother, Charles O. Hennen.

Family and friends are invited to attend a blessing service at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, April 28 in the Yoskovich Funeral Home, Martin J. Yoskovich, Funeral Director, 300 South Vine Street, Carmichaels, with Rev. J. Francis Frazer officiating.
