Juvenile charged
A 16-year-old male juvenile was charged with criminal mischief after he allegedly damaged property belonging to Eric Kindervater of Waynesburg at 4 a.m. April 22.
Causing disturbance
State police charged David Gomez III of Carmichaels with disorderly conduct April 21 after he allegedly yelled and caused a disturbance with area residents while walking on Route 88 near the Giant Eagle in Jefferson Township at 11 p.m.
Harassment reported
Bryan Dale Presock, 38, no address given, was charged by state police with harassment after he grabbed a female and pushed her down at 9:47 p.m. April 12 at a residence on Main Street in Monongahela Township.
Club burglarized
State police reported someone broke into an equipment shed at the Greene County Country Club on Lippencott Road in Morgan Township between 4 p.m. April 20 and 8 a.m. April 21. It was not revealed what was stolen.
Two-vehicle accident
State reported no injuries in a two-vehicle accident at 6 a.m. April 14 on Interstate 79 just south of Rolling Meadows Road. Police said Nathan Wdowiak, 33, of Lutherville, Md., was traveling north when he apparently fell asleep, crossed into the left hand lane and struck a guard rail. Police said Wdowiak’s vehicle spun counter clockwise back onto the road when a vehicle driven by Michael Moore, 31, of Maidsville, W.Va., also traveling north, was unable to avoid hitting Wdowiak’s vehicle.
