Shirley (Greenwood) Morgan, age 74, died Saturday, November 3, 2018 in Waynesburg Health and Rehabilitation Center.

She was the daughter of the late Clark Richard and Violet Elizabeth Knox Greenwood.

Mrs. Morgan attended Southeastern Greene Schools, and graduated from Mapletown High School in May of 1963.

After graduation, Shirley went to work in Cleveland, Ohio. There she met her husband of 54 years, Robert D. Morgan.

They had four sons, Dale, Stephen, Kermit (Susan) and David Morgan and a daughter, Sandra Bush (Duane).

In 1976 they decided to move their family back to Greene County.

Shirley is survived, in addition to her husband and children, by a sister, June St. Clair; seven grandchildren; three great grandchildren and twelve nieces and nephews.

Preceding her in death, in addition to her parents, are three sisters, Janice and Kathy Greenwood and Jean Beatty and two brothers, Frank and James Lee Greenwood.

Mrs. Morgan requested no visitation. A memorial service will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family.
