Sarah B. Barclay Lightner
Sarah B. Barclay Lightner, 87, of Rochester, N.Y. passed away Friday, November 9, 2018.
She was predeceased by her husband, Victor; parents, Margaret and Edmund Barclay; brothers, Clarence (Juanita) and Harold (Aggie) Barclay and sister Martha (Howard) Pettit.
Sarah is survived by her sister, Marian (Keith) Kughn, of Waynesburg; brothers, John (Weedena) of Henderson, Colo., James (Patricia) of Honeoye Falls, N.Y. and David (Sylvane) of Langley, Wash. and several nieces and nephews.
Sarah taught in Trinity Area School District for 34 years. She was an avid reader and loved to travel and play cards.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m., Thursday, November 15, 2018, in Behm Funeral Homes Inc., 1477 Jefferson Road, Jefferson, with Rev. Larry A. Douglas officiating. Private inurnment will be in Garards fort Cemetery.
