STRANGER THINGS BINGE WATCH PARTY - Saturdays, June 15, 22 & 29. Bowlby Library is hosting a Binge Watch Party to catch you up on "Stranger Things" for the release of the new season. We'll start with Season 1, Episode 1 on June 15 and binge from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m., 6 hours of binge-watching for three Saturdays in June!

SOLAR INFO SESSION - Visit Bowlby at 6:30 p.m. on June 17 to learn about how solar energy works, how it might benefit you, what policies may impact your benefits from solar, and more. Solar United Neighbors’ Pennsylvania program director, Henry McKay, will be leading the discussion, and will be available to answer any questions attendees may have.
BROWN BAG BOOK CLUB - Wednesdays, June 19 from noon to 1 p.m. at Bowlby Library. Bring your lunch, a book discussion takes place during the hour.

ENGINEERING, STEAM CLASS - Every Thursday from June 20 to July 25, Flenniken Library is hosting PBS Design Squad at 1 p.m. Join Blake for engineering challenges and experiments. This class if open to Elementary aged children. Then at 2 p.m. join Blake again for S.T.E.A.M. projects. This second class is more challenging and geared for ages 12-18.
SUMMER QUEST CARNIVAL - Friday, June 21, 6-8 p.m at Bowlby, featuring special musical guest Bill Pate. All Summer Quest participants who register and come to the carnival will earn a book buck to use towards the store or end of session auction!

HUNTER-TRAPPER EDUCATION CLASS - On Saturday, June 29 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Jefferson Fire Hall, 1475 Jefferson Road. Class limit is 75 and participants must register online and complete an independent study at www.pgc.pa.gov. The independent study takes approx. 4 hours and the classroom training sessions last 6 hours with a certification exam at the end of the class.

NASHVILLE TRIP - Nathanael Greene CDC is planning a 4-day trip to Nashville on October 2th-6th. Pick up will be in Fayette and Greene County and Morgantown starting at 5 a.m. Cost is $1,100 dbl. per person, which includes lodging, transportation, four shows, four breakfasts, three lunches and one dinner. COLORING PROGRAM - The Eva K. Bowlby Library in Waynesburg is presenting "Color Outside the Lines," a program for adults who may be interested in the latest craze of adult coloring books. Coloring books are not just for children. The process of coloring has been shown to be stress-reducing, calm-inducing and joy-producing, for people of all ages.
