First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Greene County made several contributions to support programming and events at the Greene County Historical Society and Museum in Waynesburg.

Employees of the Association raised $600 from an August “Denim Day” fundraiser and raffle. The Association also recently joined the Historical Society as a corporate member and is sponsoring children’s activities for the museum’s upcoming 48th annual Harvest Festival in October.

The museum will host several events this fall, including the Steampunk Garden Party Sept. 21, a Murder Mystery Dinner Sept. 28 and its signature event, the Harvest Festival, Oct. 12 and 13.
