Disorderly conduct

State police filed charges of disorderly conduct against John Seamon, 271 Greene St., Clarksville, after Seamon allegedly caused a disturbance on July 3 at 9:45 p.m. on School Street, Clarksville. Police said Seamon had been fighting and alarming neighbors.

Vehicles collide on interstate

A three-vehicle pileup on Interstate 79 near the Mt. Morris exit on June 30 injured one driver. State police said southbound vehicles driven by Judith Nicholas, 48, of Moon Township, and Michael Davis, 60, of Newport, Mich., were stopped in the traffic lane due to road work taking place across the state line in West Virginia. Police said a Ford truck driven by Jonathan Tichnell, 29, of Mount Storm, W.Va., failed to stop and struck Nicholas' Chevrolet Caviler, forcing it into the rear of Davis’ Chevrolet Suburban. Nicholas was trapped inside her car and had to be extricated by the Mt. Morris Volunteer Fire Department. She was transported to Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown,W.Va., for treatment of injuries.
