The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties Sept. 3. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros

Paul E. Hensley, 24, of Uniontown was charged with theft.

Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty

Frederick M. George, 64, of Uniontown was charged with theft.

William J. Colbert, 20, of Connellsville was charged with delivery of a controlled substance and intent to possess a controlled substance.

Jason M. Osler, 45, of S. Connellsville was charged with DUI.

Leslie Dameron, 40, of Pittsburgh was charged with endangering the welfare of children, DUI and reckless endangerment.

Magisterial District Judge Nathan Henning

Stacey L. Louie, 45, of Uniontown was charged with DUI.

Heather J. Metts, 42, of Uniontown was charged with DUI.

William C. Kinley, 29, of Lemont Furnace was charged with DUI.

Tafari J. Ryan, 24, of California was charged with receiving stolen property.

Randy D. Taylor, 35, of Uniontown was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana.

Magisterial District Judge Mike Defino Jr.

Edward J. Cales, 65, of Adah was charged with DUI.

Nathaniel R. Lippencott, 20, of Republic was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Magisterial District Judge Richard Kasunic II

William A. Shaw, 32, of Connellsville was charged with retail theft.

Joshua B. Addis, 32, of Dawson was charged with false insurance claims and theft.

Eric A. Sadler, 38, of Connellsville was charged with false insurance claims and theft.

Greene County

Magisterial District Judge Lee Watson

Earston E. Whyel, no age listed, of Greensboro was charged with writing bad checks.

Washington County

Magisterial District Judge Mark Wilson

Benjamin F. Penley, 34, of Monongahela was charged with retail theft.

Magisterial District Judge Larry Hopkins

Andre J. Crawford, 25, of Charleroi was charged with burglary, robbery, criminal trespass, receiving stolen property, criminal mischief and simple assault.

Heather L. Rose, 47, of Charleroi was charged with aggravated assault, conspiracy, simple assault, terroristic threats, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and reckless endangerment.

Robert C. Kalbaugh III, 25, of Charleroi was charged with aggravated assault, conspiracy, simple assault, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

Timmy L. Rose, 41, of Charleroi was charged with simple assault and criminal mischief.

Magisterial District Judge Joshua Kanalis

Mitchell Szymkowiak, 19, of Denbo was charged with possession of marijuana.

Gunner T. Szymkowiak, 21, of Denbo was charged with possession of marijuana.

Westmoreland County

Magisterial District Judge Charles Christner

Robin E. Layhue, 66, of Rostraver Township was charged with simple assault.

Magisterial District Judge Roger Eckels

Travis R. Traux, 26, of Mount Pleasant was charged with false insurance claims, theft and intent to defraud.

Mohamed S. Khalil, 24, of Fort Wayne, Indiana was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and false identification to law enforcement.
