The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Washington and Westmoreland counties Oct. 31. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros

Bobbie S. Johnston, 33, of Uniontown was charged with forgery, theft, accessing a device issued to another and identity theft.

Kaylee D. Black, 23, of Keisterville was charged with design/copy of obscene material, unlawful contact with a minor, photographing a sex act and corruption of minors.

Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty

Jason L. Shaw, 28, of Connellsville was charged with delivery of a controlled substance and intent to possess a controlled substance.

Sebastian E. Smith, 18, of Connellsville was charged with criminal attempted robbery, criminal attempted simple assault, possession of a firearm by a minor, reckless endangerment, disorderly conduct, aggravated assault and terroristic threats.

Magisterial District Judge Mike Defino Jr.

Melvin D. Minnick, 44, of Brownsville was charged with simple assault.

Angela M. Paes, 35, of Republic was charged with simple assault.

Magisterial District Judge Richard Kasunic II

Tina M. Sigwalt, 36, of Vanderbilt was charged with DUI.

Shawn D. McGill, 36, of Dunbar was charged with DUI. ‘

John G. Machesky, 65, of Connellsville was charged with theft, perjury, tampering with public information, fraudulent assigning, false swearing and unsworn falsification.

Edward J. Clark II, 35, of Dunbar was charged with DUI.

Washington County

Magisterial District Judge Mark Wilson

Tiffany A. Heasley, 39, of Charleroi was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance.

Bryan C. Gravatt, 29, of Monongahela was charged with corruption of minors and indecent assault.

Magisterial District Judge Larry Hopkins

Devantay Lauderbaugh, 26, of Charleroi was charged with delivery of a controlled substance, receiving stolen property, intent to possess a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana.

Tequoia L. Youngblood, 26, of Charleroi was charged with conspiracy, delivery of a controlled substance, intent to possess a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and endangering the welfare of children.

Keyonta McIntrye, 26, of Charleroi was charged with conspiracy, delivery of a controlled substance, intent to possess a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and endangering the welfare of children.

Westmoreland County

Magisterial District Judge 10-1-03 (vacant office)

Brian J. Olivio, 59, of Monessen was charged with harassment.

Magisterial District Judge Charles Christner

Alex J. Wiedl, 23, of Sutersville was charged with DUI and fleeing from an officer.

Magisterial District Judge Roger Eckels

Kevin D. Kelly, 47, of Crucible was charged with theft and criminal mischief.

Emily A. Friend, 37, of New Alexandria was charged with theft and criminal mischief.
