The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Washington and Westmoreland counties Sept. 19. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros

Brandon E. Newman, 18, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault.

Ranae M. McGee, 20, of Uniontown was charged with conspiracy and disorderly conduct.

Kenneth Newman, 19, of Uniontown was charged with strangulation and simple assault.

Nathan McGee, 18, of Uniontown was charged with conspiracy and disorderly conduct.

Tierann N. McGee, 40, of Uniontown was charged with conspiracy and disorderly conduct.

Magisterial District Judge Jennifer Jeffries

Janet Shaw, 39, of Uniontown was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Martin A. Williamson, 29, of New Salem was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana.

Brandon R. Isbell, 39, of Connellsville was charged with receiving stolen property and retail theft.

Chantel L. Isbell, 43, of Connellsville was charged with receiving stolen property and retail theft.

Davon A. Moore, 21, of Uniontown was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana.

Joy L. Milliken, 39, of Brownsville was charged with retail theft and conspiracy.

Marshalle E. Jones, 50, of Uniontown was charged with retail theft.

Magisterial District Judge Nathan Henning

Jimmy G. Mitchell, 37, of Hiller was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault and disorderly conduct.

Robbin Nelson, 20, of Uniontown was charged with defiant trespass.

Magisterial District Judge Mike Defino Jr.

Frederick W. Daugherty, 57, of Brownsville was charged with DUI and reckless endangerment.

Charles G. Douglass, 26, of Allison was charged with fleeing from an officer and criminal mischief.

Avaro J. Faieta, 22, of Brownsville was charged with possession of marijuana.

Ronnie Durrant, 65, of Brownsville was charged with DUI.

Jonah P. Johnson, 36, of Brownsville was charged with DUI.

Eric D. Holcomb, 39, of Hiller was charged with DUI.

Washington County

Magisterial District Judge Curtis Thompson

Tina M. Carrigan, 51, of Marianna was charged with criminal mischief.

Westmoreland County

Briana M. Defide, 41, of Monongahela was charged with retail theft.

Magisterial District Judge Roger Eckels

Ryan A. Cesario, 23, of Stahlstown was charged with theft, receiving stolen property and conspiracy.
