The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene and Westmoreland counties June 27. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros

Mario V. Zitz, 31, of Uniontown was charged with DUI, intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tiffany M. Bellis, 29, of Uniontown was charged with retail theft, receiving stolen property and possession of drug paraphernalia.

George R. Sirgey, 55, of Uniontown was charged with burglary, criminal attempted theft, criminal mischief and possession of an instrument with criminal intent.

Stephen E. Kezmarsky III, 51, of Uniontown was charged with theft, obstruction of administrative law, abuse of a corpse, intentional desecration of public monuments and tampering with records.

Magisterial District Judge Jennifer Jeffries

Mariah L. Harris, 27, of Uniontown was charged with delivery of a controlled substance, intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Stephen P. Martin, 37, of Uniontown was charged with terroristic threats.

Kendric L. Brown, 31, of Uniontown was charged with delivery of a controlled substance, intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Louis A. King, 46, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault.

Melissa J. Thurby, 42, of Uniontown was charged with open lewdness.

Magisterial District Judge Nathan Henning

William B. Foster, 32, of Brownsville was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Damian L. Alicea, 21, of Lemont Furnace was charged with DUI.

Zachary J. Miller, 22, of Connellsville was charged with theft.

Benjamin W. Craig, 35, of Brownsville was charged with DUI.

Gregory H. Warnick, 52, of Uniontown was charged with terroristic threats, simple assault and reckless endangerment.

Steven D. Lewis, 29, of Uniontown was charged with DUI.

George A. Boss, 24, of Friendsville, Maryland was charged with DUI.

Courtney M. Clark, 27, of Perryopolis was charged with DUI.

Samantha L. Nicholson, 22, of Markleysburg was charged with DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Gregory S. Hlatky, 22, of Fairbank was charged with possession of marijuana.

James R. Donaldson, 43, of Lemont Furnace was charged with DUI.

Magisterial District Judge Mike Defino Jr.

Dejour R. Thomas, 20, of Brownsville was charged with conspiracy, delivery of a controlled substance, intent to possess a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and receiving stolen property.

Isaac P. Michaux, 18, of Brownsville was charged with conspiracy, delivery of a controlled substance, intent to possess a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and receiving stolen property.

Magisterial District Judge Daniel Shimshock

Josh D. Davis, 24, of Fairchance was charged with materially false written statement and statement under penalty.

Walter N. McNair, 76, of McClellandtown was charged with DUI.

Chad E. St. Clair, 37, of Masontown was charged with receiving stolen property and possession of firearm prohibited.

Thomas N. Teets, 34, of Somerset was charged with burglary and theft.

Greene County

Magisterial District Judge Glenn Bates

Robert W. Stout, 72, of Waynesburg was charged with buying and selling game/wildlife.

Magisterial District Judge Lee Watson

James L. Roach, 54, of Waynesburg was charged with strangulation and simple assault.

James A. Scott, 43, of Nemacolin was charged with simple assault.

Westmoreland County

Magisterial District Judge 10-1-03 (vacant office)

Makayla Calvert, 20, of Monessen was charged with endangering the welfare of children and reckless endangerment.

Magisterial District Judge Charles Christner

Precious Morrison, 38, of Rostraver Township was charged with aggravated assault and resisting arrest.

Magisterial District Judge Roger Eckels

Shanna M. Trout, 30, of Latrobe was charged with DUI.

Martin R. Majercak, 41, of Mount Pleasant was charged with criminal attempted burglary, burglary, criminal mischief and possession of an instrument with criminal intent.
