The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties June 24. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros

Keith A. Johnson, 19, of Uniontown was charged with aggravated assault, assault by prisoner, simple assault and reckless endangerment.

Gary R. Sims, 43, of Monessen was charged with proceeds of an unlawful act, intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Magisterial District Judge Jennifer Jeffries

Marques A. Moore, 38, of Uniontown was charged with DUI.

Magisterial District Judge Mike Defino Jr.

Angelica L. Lawver, 26, of Uniontown was charged with flight to avoid apprehension.

Timothy A. Brown, 24, of Adah was charged with intimidating a witness/victim.

Magisterial District Judge Daniel Shimshock

Clinton A. Barone, 23, of Hopwood was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Richard A. Jarrett, 47, of Masontown was charged with DUI and intent to possess a controlled substance.

Thomas L. Metcalf, 46, of Dilliner was charged with firearms not to be carried without a license and reckless endangerment.

Gerald L. Newcomer, 37, of Uniontown was charged with strangulation and simple assault.

Magisterial District Judge Richard Kasunic II

Darle C. Jones Jr., 29, of Connellsville was charged with DUI, hindering apprehension and flight to avoid apprehension.

Tracey L. Walker, 54, of Connellsville was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Ronald A. Belles, 34, of Belle Vernon was charged with false identification to law enforcement, intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Greene County

Magisterial District Judge David Balint

Caitlyn Liggett, 26, of Wind Ridge was charged with simple assault.

Magisterial District Judge Lee Watson

Theo Johnson, 33, of New Salem was charged with harassment.

Lawrence M. Plavi, 38, of Nemacolin was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Washington County

Magisterial District Judge Mark Wilson

James Hough, 50, of Donora was charged with harassment and retaliation against a witness or victim.

Magisterial District Judge Larry Hopkins

Tyler Frazier, 19, of Charleroi was charged with aggravated assault.

Joseph Defilippo, 58, of Brownsville was charged with terroristic threats and harassment.

Westmoreland County

Magisterial District Judge Charles Christner

Kendalynn M. Hudgins, 24, of Belle Vernon was charged with theft and receiving stolen property.
