Derena M. Minnick, 48, of Brownfield was charged with endangering the welfare of children and simple assault.

Raymond J. Trautman, 23, of Morgantown, West Virginia, was charged with failure to verify address or photograph.

Jonathan J. St. John, 26, of Littleton, West Virginia, was charged with burglary, criminal conspiracy and theft.
Lynette A. Riley, 25, of Littleton, West Virginia, was charged with burglary, criminal conspiracy and theft.
Jerrod D. Berry, 25, of Clarksville was charged with accessing a device issued to another, theft and receiving stolen property.

Jamilah Touree, 28, of Charleroi was charged with cruelty to animals.

Brian R. Delacruz, 23, of California was charged with flight to avoid apprehension, resisting arrest, theft and receiving stolen property.
Matthew J. Gastner, 41, of Brownsville was charged with strangulation and simple assault.
