The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Washington and Westmoreland counties June 25. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Dakota J. Seidel, 22, of Brownsville was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Chaze T. Eddings, 21, of Brownsville was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and false identification to law enforcement.

Devaugn J. Earley, 22, of Uniontown was charged with false identification to law enforcement.

Robert J. Smeltzer, 24, of Lemont Furnace was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Theresa M. Wiles, 53, of Uniontown was charged with false identification to law enforcement.

Sean A. Harris, 20, of Uniontown was charged with possession of marijuana and DUI.

Devon Straitiff, 22, of Uniontown was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance.

Michelle L. Bannasch, 46, of Uniontown was charged with DUI.

Jeremiah S. Fowler, 24, of Masontown was charged with possession of marijuana.

Marybeth Beal, 29, of Connellsville was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana, and DUI.

Derrick M. Walters, 30, of Connellsville was charged with resisting arrest.

Andrew P. Vahaly, 21, of Connellsville was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana.

Ronald D. Francy, 63, of Connellsville was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault and reckless endangerment.

Daniel R. Chess, 48, of Connellsville was charged with DUI.

Shalan C. Thomas, 30, of Uniontown was charged with criminal mischief.

Shawn M. Martin, 31, of Uniontown was charged with false identification to law enforcement.

Melissa A. Wiles, 25, of Uniontown was charged with false identification to law enforcement.

Steven G. Schwartzman, 32, of Lemont Furnace was charged with defiant trespass.

Desiree N. Jackson, 22, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault.

Talia M. Fischer, 25, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault.

Lang A. Woytovich, 28, of Uniontown was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Krista R. Wilson, 33, of Uniontown was charged with DUI.

Robert D. Burd, 32, of Uniontown was charged with DUI.

Danielle J. Rice, 26, of Uniontown was charged with false reports and unsworn falsification.

Jessica S. Bader, 33, of Bethel Park was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with evidence and obstruction of justice.

Danielle R. North, 40, of Arona was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana.

Nickie S. Perenyi, 43, of Arona was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Pamela D. Smithburger, 50, of Oliver was charged with simple assault and reckless endangerment.

Glenn T. Settles, 58, of Allison was charged with theft.

Dawn C. Millholland, 51, of Hibbs was charged with flight to avoid apprehension.

Magisterial District Judge Daniel Shimshock

Timothy P. Harwood, 44, of McClellandtown was charged with DUI.

Ryan K. Springer, 31, of Hopwood was charged with simple assault.

Justin M. Friend, 32, of Smithfield was charged with DUI.

Desean L. McKoy, 22, of Point Marion was charged with simple assault.

Rachel M. Bonacci, 36, of Uniontown was charged with aggravated cruelty to animals, cruelty to animals and neglect of animals.

Christopher M. Foreman, no age listed, of Belle Vernon was charged with aggravated cruelty to animals, cruelty to animals and neglect of animals.

Washington County

Magisterial District Judge Mark Wilson

Briana R. Kenavey, 36, of Monongahela was charged with DUI, resisting arrest, reckless endangerment, aggravated assault and endangering the welfare of children.

Westmoreland County

Donald L. Kiefer, 65, of Monessen was charged with DUI.

Kali J. Rubino, 29, of Elizabeth was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Eric D. Arrigo, 35, of Belle Vernon was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Deven M. Pickell, 19, of Duquesne was charged with simple assault.

Gary D. Bryan, 49, of Uniontown was charged with theft.

Steven L. Price, 20, of Belle Vernon was charged with terroristic threats.
