The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene and Washington counties July 1. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros

Jamayla Jones, 16, of Uniontown was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

Anthony J. Dressel, 34, of Uniontown was charged with delivery of a controlled substance and intent to possess a controlled substance.

Daryl M. Truley, 50, of Uniontown was charged with receiving stolen property, possession of firearm prohibited, intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty

Alex L. Knopsnider, 22, of White was charged with accident involving damage to an attended vehicle.

Greene County

Magisterial District Judge Glenn Bates

Gary A. Danforth, 38, of Rices Landing was charged with accessing a device issued to another, possession of a known counterfeit device and receiving stolen property.

Magisterial District Judge Lee Watson

Cory D. Ball, 24, of Greensboro was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Lawrence L. Hines, no age listed, of Clarksville was charged with DUI.

Washington County

Magisterial District Judge Mark Wilson

April D. Bauer, 47, of Monongahela was charged with DUI.

Louis M. Torsney, 47, of Pittsburgh was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

James T. Housley, 41, of Finleyville was charged with simple assault and criminal mischief.

Magisterial District Judge Larry Hopkins

Melissa L. Argyle, 48, of Charleroi was charged with receiving stolen property.

Kenneth R. Rhodes, 56, of Irwin was charged with receiving stolen property.

Michael L. Lambert, 26, of North Charleroi was charged with hindering apprehension.

Marshal T. Lambert, 26, of North Charleroi was charged with flight to avoid apprehension, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

Charles G. Tomasek, 25, of Perryopolis was charged with DUI.

Marti D. Bown, 30, of Washington was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana.

Darla Bryan, 28, of Smithton was charged with theft, conspiracy, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief.

Magisterial District Judge Joshua Kanalis

Darlene L. Yothers, 34, of California was charged with endangering the welfare of children.
