The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties May 16-19. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros

James Fitzpatrick, 27, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault.

Wilson W. Thomas Jr., 28, of Uniontown was charged with terroristic threats, intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Mary K. Prevenslik, 27, of Uniontown was charged with false identification to law enforcement.

Brian K. Sanger, 39, of Uniontown was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tyree F. Skinner, 18, of Philadelphia was charged with strangulation and simple assault.

Shawn J. Ozorowski, 24, of Connellsville was charged with fleeing from an officer and DUI.

Isaac Z. Farrell, 24, of Arnold was charged with criminal attempted homicide, burglary, aggravated assault, strangulation, possession of firearm prohibited, receiving stolen property, possession of an instrument with criminal intent and simple assault.

Tristan S. Lint, 23, of Brownsville was charged with recipient prohibiting acts.

Gabriella K. Acito, 20, of Slippery Rock was charged with receiving stolen property and firearms to be carried without a license.

Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty

Mark A. Glass, 46, of Connellsville was charged with aggravated indecent assault, unlawful contact with a minor, corruption of minors and indecent assault.

Jason L. Shaw, 27, of Connellsville was charged with retail theft.

Magisterial District Judge Jennifer Jeffries

Ashley A. Weakland, 28, of Smithfield was charged with retail theft.

Vanessa D. Buttermore, 25, of Pittsburgh was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Magisterial District Judge Nathan Henning

Brandon K. Locke, 34, of Uniontown was charged with criminal mischief, fleeing from an officer, DUI, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and flight to avoid apprehension.

Aaron A. Williams, 25, of Greensburg was charged with strangulation and simple assault.

Magisterial District Judge Mike Defino Jr.

Joseph A. Brown, 49, of Brownsville was charged with receiving stolen property.

Paige M. Petrucci, 22, of Beallsville was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, endangering the welfare of children and reckless endangerment.

Alvin E. Goney, 61, of Brownsville was charged with kidnap to inflict terror, aggravated assault, simple assault, reckless endangerment and conspiracy.

Magisterial District Judge Daniel Shimshock

John E. Lowry III, 28, of Uniontown was charged with aggravated indecent assault, unlawful contact with a minor, indecent assault and corruption of minors.

Kevin E. Lake, 40, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault.

Greene County

Magisterial District Judge Lee Watson

David A .Holcomb, 33, of Holbrook was charged with statutory sexual assault, corruption of minors, indecent exposure and indecent assault.

Brian K. White, 41, of Jefferson was charged with simple assault.

Luke W. Spencer, 34, of Bristoria was charged with simple assault.

Magisterial District Judge David Balint

Curtis M. Vanbuskirk, 29, of Waynesburg was charged with theft.

Washington County

Magisterial District Judge Larry Hopkins

Michelle L. Stahl, 44, of Washington was charged with theft.

Kathleen M. Kish, 45, of Charleroi was charged with simple assault.

Michael P. Nervine, 35, of Belle Vernon was charged with burglary, theft, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief.

Jordan A. Helmantoler, 24, of Monessen was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana.

Amanda Gudel, 22, of Charleroi was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tanner J. Boyle, 39, of Brownsville was charged with aggravated assault, accidents involving death or personal injury, aggravated assault by vehicle, simple assault, intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Magisterial District Judge Mark Wilson

Stacy L. Tarpley, 56, of Donora was charged with retail theft.

Zachery A. Cowell, 22, of New Eagle was charged with retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Magisterial District Judge Joshua Kanalis

Gabriella P. Barron, 19, of Somerset was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Matty B. Stutzman, 19, of Oakdale was charged with possession of marijuana.

Westmoreland County

Magisterial District Judge Roger Eckels

Tyrice S. Lassiter, no age listed, of Baltimore, Maryland was charged with accessing a counterfeit device, forgery, bad checks and identity theft.

David J. Barish, 50, of White Oak was charged with DUI.

Michael C. Lint, 33, of Mount Pleasant was charged with altering marks of identification, theft, receiving stolen property and possession of firearm prohibited.

Magisterial District Judge Charles Christner

Tara M. Aquilina, 42, of Charleroi was charged with DUI.

Georgia M. Zowacki, 55, of West Newton was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, reckless endangerment and terroristic threats.
