The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties May 31-June 2. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros

Wilson W. Thomas Jr., 28, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

Elaya D. Chandler, 32, of Uniontown was charged with reckless endangerment and simple assault.

Clyde Morrison, 20, of Masontown was charged with DUI.

Jajuan D. Davis, 37, of Brownsville was charged with DUI.

Michael S. Guty, 48, of Charleroi was charged with theft.

Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty

Chad E. Wolfe, 42, of Jeannette was charged with retail theft.

William A. Shaw, 31, of Connellsville was charged with theft and receiving stolen property.

Magisterial District Judge Jennifer Jeffries

Richard E. Burgradd, 25, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault.

Paul E. Hensley, 23, of Uniontown was charged with receiving stolen property, theft, accessing a device issued to another and loitering at night.

Michael L. Miller, 19, of Uniontown was charged with receiving stolen property, theft, accessing a device issued to another and loitering at night.

Lisa Knox, 47, of Republic was charged with retail theft.

Stefan J. Kumor, 32, of Uniontown was charged with DUI.

Markeese L. Jones, 18, of Uniontown was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Daniel R. Ochoa, 33, of Smithfield was charged with simple assault.

Theo Johnson, 32, of New Salem was charged with criminal mischief.

Austin R. Conaway, 20, of Uniontown was charged with DUI.

Ragene I. Batie, 22, of Masontown was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana.

Benjamin J. Kritschgau, 39, of New Salem was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance.

Samantha J. King, 26, of Vanderbilt was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Roy C. Johnson, 45, of Republic was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI and resisting arrest.

Marlon Williams, 41, of Butler was charged with fleeing from an officer, DUI and resisting arrest.

Kyle D. Luko, 19, of Newell was charged with terroristic threats and simple assault.

Franki J. Ross, 38, of Uniontown was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance and DUI.

Richard W. Luketich, 34, of Fayette City was charged with simple assault.

April M. Davis, 31, of Fayette City was charged with simple assault.

Greene County

James P. Roupe, 28, of Bobtown was charged with burglary and theft.

William G. Grim, 45, of Bobtown was charged with burglary and theft.

Robert J. Gindele, 18, of Waynesburg was charged with obstruction of justice, obstruction of administrative law and disorderly conduct.

Michael K. Fuller, 23, of Waynesburg was charged with obstruction of justice, obstruction of administrative law and disorderly conduct.

Travis M. Vilet, 46, of Graysville was charged with DUI.

Robert S. Fenstermacher, 19, of Waynesburg was charged with theft.

Michael A. Kiger, 28, of Waynesburg was charged with possession of marijuana.

Washington County

Robert J. Cline, 29, of Bentleyville was charged with strangulation, endangering the welfare of children and simple assault.

Westmoreland County

Denise G. Williams, 40, of Belle Vernon was charged with false identification to law enforcement.

Brent R. Jones, 35, of Monessen was charged with robbery, theft, receiving stolen property and harassment.

Robert Johnson, 28, of Pittsburgh was charged with theft and resisting arrest.

Robert A. Visco, 30, of West Newton was charged with criminal trespass, flight to avoid apprehension and theft.

Magisterial District Judge Roger Eckels

David E. Jacobs Jr., 21, of Melcroft was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
