The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties June 3. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros

Allen J. Williams, 48, of Uniontown was charged with DUI.

Joshua D. Tankalavage, 20, of Hopwood was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance.

Thomas L. Vargo, 53, of Dawson was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance.

Elizabeth R. Collins, 38, of Uniontown was charged with DUI.

Pamela M. Sullivan, 56, of Brownsville was charged with concealing info affecting benefits.

David E. Call, 75, of Uniontown was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Joshua R. Ratliff, 56, of Uniontown was charged with DUI.

Thomas G. Slack, 49, of Uniontown was charged with resisting arrest, flight to avoid apprehension and fleeing from an officer.

Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty

Joseph Shawley, 26, of Connellsville was charged with theft, receiving stolen property, arson, tampering with evidence, disorderly conduct, criminal mischief and accessing a device issued to another.

Christine G. Lint, 41, of Connellsville was charged with delivering a controlled substance and intent to possess a controlled substance.

Gregory S. Huggins, 58, of Connellsville was charged with delivering a controlled substance and intent to possess a controlled substance.

Cody G. Bergman, 22, of Belle Vernon was charged with delivering a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and intent to possess a controlled substance.

Magisterial District Judge Nathan Henning

Jason E. Landman, 45, of Lemont Furnace was charged with DUI.

Magisterial District Judge Mike Defino Jr.

Mark A. Johnson, 25, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin was charged with criminal homicide, possession of firearm prohibited, aggravated assault, simple assault and reckless endangerment.

Brandon P. Kerik, 35, of Brownsville was charged with possession of marijuana.

Joshua C. Krcelich, 18, of Brownsville was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Darrin E. Mackey, 27, of Republic was charged with criminal homicide, possession of firearm prohibited, aggravated assault, simple assault, reckless endangerment and tampering with evidence.

Christopher M. Huweart, 24, of Brownsville was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Magisterial District Judge Daniel Shimshock

Charles E. Snyder, 35, of Adah was charged with corruption of minors and indecent assault.

Greene County

Magisterial District Judge David Balint

Michael Metz, 20, of Carmichaels was charged with contempt for violation of order of agreement.

Michael A. Braun, 36, was charged with burglary, criminal trespass, simple assault and disorderly conduct.

Washington County

Magisterial District Judge Mark Wilson

Francisco J. Maldonado, 25, of Donora was charged with DUI.

Diana Dzatki, 59, of Donora was charged with DUI.

Magisterial District Judge Larry Hopkins

Charles C. Miles, 20, of Charleroi was charged with simple assault.

Magisterial District Judge Joshua Kanalis

Charles W. Hill, 44, of West Brownsville was charged with strangulation and simple assault.

Mya L. Fowler, 20, of Brownsville was charged with retail theft.

Westmoreland County

Magisterial District Judge Charles Christner

Brandon Bergstrom, 29, of Charleroi was charged with DUI.

Stephen L. Wilson, 23, of West Newton was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault and harassment.
