The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties Nov. 30-Dec. 2. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros

Robbin M. Nelson, 19, of Uniontown was charged with providing false identification to law enforcement.

James P. Smith III, 38, of Uniontown was charged with endangering the welfare of children, intent to possess a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, DUI and disorderly conduct.

Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty

Richard L. Tressler Jr., 47, of South Connellsville was charged with intercepting communications and invasion of privacy.

Magisterial District Judge Nathan Henning

Robin M. Hawk, 32, of Connellsville was charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property.

Steven L. Smith, 37, of Lemont Furnace was charged with simple assault.

James L. Sweet, 77, of Smithfield was charged with writing bad checks.

Magisterial District Judge Mike Defino Jr.

Joshua A. Baily, 31, of New Salem was charged with endangering the welfare of children and simple assault.

Magisterial District Judge Daniel Shimshock

Nicole Y. Burkes, 34, of McClellandtown was charged with simple assault.

Jeremy S. Sullivan, 40, of Hopwood was charged with burglary, criminal trespass, theft, receiving stolen property and loitering at night.

Gregory L. Hutchinson, 30, of Waynesburg was charged with simple assault.

Julia A. Strosnider, 37, of Bobtown was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI.

Brittany L. Moccaldi, 22, of Carmichaels was charged with simple assault.

Autumn M. Works, 23, of Smithfield was charged with DUI.

Miles F. Miller, 39, of Smithfield was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Howard W. Wingrove, 34, of Uniontown was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Joseph P. Kissinger, 32, of Uniontown was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI.

Magisterial District Judge Richard Kasunic II

Sarah M. McGee, 23, of Perryopolis was charged with aggravated assault, disarming law enforcement, simple assault and resisting arrest.

Shawn M. Burnsworth Sr., 37, of Leisenring was charged with rape of a child, statutory sexual assault, IDSI, aggravated assault, corruption of minors and indecent assault.

Jessica C. Urwin, 29, of Bentleyville was charged with simple assault and criminal mischief.

Greene County

Magisterial District Judge Lee Watson

Lawrence A. Eddy, 32, of Waynesburg was charged with retail theft.

Shawn M. Hoffman, 20, of Bobtown was charged with rape, sexual assault, statutory sexual assault and corruption of minors.

Washington County

Magisterial District Judge Mark Wilson

Williams M. Barna, 40, of Donora was charged with aggravated assault and simple assault.

Magisterial District Judge Curtis Thompson

Carol L. Amos, 63, of Bentleyville was charged with DUI.

Larry K. Robinson, 30, of Marianna was charged with possession of firearm prohibited and simple assault.

James Woods, 44, of Marianna was charged with terroristic threats, simple assault and criminal mischief.

Robert L. Martin, 44, of Washington was charged with simple assault.

Westmoreland County

Magisterial District Judge 10-1-03 (vacant office)

Tyrique L. Jackson-Crosby, 22, of Monessen was charged with possession of firearm prohibited, delivering a controlled substance, intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jon R. Kennedy, 25, of Monessen was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Magisterial District Judge Charles Christner

Seth W. Wilson, 19, of West Newton was charged with simple assault.

Wayne E. Smith, 74, of Herminie was charged with rape of a mentally disabled person, involuntary deviate sexual abuse and aggravated indecent assault.
