Paul Francis Puglia

Paul Francis Puglia, 82, of 294 West Wayne Street, Waynesburg, Pa., retired owner/operator of the Wayne Theatre, The Opera House, and Puglia Buick in Waynesburg, and Elaine’s Window antiques with his wife, Veteran of the United States Air Force 409th Bomber Group with rank of Captain, born in Brownsville, Pa., moved to Waynesburg at age four, and graduated from Waynesburg High School in 1937 and the University of Notre Dame in 1941, died Saturday, March 30, 2002, in Mercy Hospital, Pittsburgh, Pa. On June 26, 1954, he married Elaine Osso Puglia, who survives. Also surviving are three sons: Paul Puglia of Paris, France, Larry Puglia of Baltimore, Maryland, and Joseph Puglia of Montgomery, Alabama; and seven grandchildren. He was the last remaining member of his immediate family.

The Family will receive Friends in the Behm Funeral Home Inc., 182 West High Street, Waynesburg, Pa., on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Thursday, April 4, until 10 a.m.
