Ruth H. (Hostutler) Tustin, 88, of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, formerly of Waynesburg, Pa., and born in Sycamore, Pa., who attended Fairmont Business College in Fairmont, West Virginia, and worked for the Social Security Administration from 1942 to 1946 in Baltimore, Maryland, died Tuesday, April 2, 2002, in Akron City Hospital, Akron, Ohio. She is survived by one son, Charles K. Orndoff Sr. of Stow, Ohio; twin stepdaughters: Clarice Baker and Clarita Cole both of Waynesburg, Pa.; seven grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and a brother, Brice Hostutler of Washington, Pa.

The Family will receive Friends at the Behm Funeral Home Inc., 182 West High Street, Waynesburg, Pa., on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. and Friday, April 5, until 10:30 a.m.
