Eleanor Jean Bunting, 82, of Dunbar, Pa., died Saturday, April 6, 2002, in UPMC Presbyterian, Pittsburgh, Pa. She was born August 7, 1919, in Dunbar, Pa., daughter of Joseph W. Bunting and Anna E. Jacobs Bunting.

She retired from Anchor Hocking Corporation, Data Processing, South Connellsville, Pa., with 42 years service.

She was a member and past Elder of Dunbar Presbyterian Church, member of the Ladies Aid Society of the church, and very active member of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority.

A brother, Henry J. Bunting, and her parents preceded her in death.

She is survived by a sister, Virginia Duffy and her husband, Edward, of Latrobe, Pa.; nephew, Scott E. Duffy, Pittsburgh, Pa.; niece, Deborah Bunting, great niece and Best Buddy, Lacie Cellurale, and great nephew, Robert L. Bunting, all of Dunbar.

Friends will be received at the BURHANS-CROUSE FUNERAL HOME, 28 Connellsville Street, Dunbar, Pa., on Monday from 2 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday, April 9, until 11 a.m., the hour of Service with Clyde Bailey officiating.

Interment follows in Green Ridge Memorial Park, Pennsville, Pa.
