Abram and Marie Franks of Denbo Vesta 6 announce the engagement of their daughter, Melissa, to Eugene W. Orlandi of Vesta 7 Road, son of Eugene L. Orlandi of Virginia and Regina Coleman of Washington. The bride-to-be is a graduate of Beth-Center High School and is attending California University of Pennsylvania where she is majoring in education.

Her fianc’ is also a graduate of Beth-Center High School and California University of Pennsylvania. He is employed as a transportation inspector.
