Leah G. Brockman Stefanik, 85, of East Brady Heights, East Brady, Pa., and formerly of Mather, Pa., who had been a Sewing Machine Operator at the Berkowitz Sewing Factory in Waynesburg, Pa., and was born in South Brownsville, Fayette County, Pa., died Friday, April 5, 2002, in Sugarcreek Rest, Worthington, Pa. She is survived by three children: Michael M. Stefanik of Mission Viejo, California, Joseph F. Stefanik of Wellington, Ohio, and Mrs. Nancy J. Stefanik Reed of Petrolia, Pa.; 10 granddaughters; two grandsons; 15 great grandchildren; one great-great granddaughter; sisters: Mrs. Robert (Margaret) Ruffner of Youngwood, Pa., Mrs. Gerald (Wilma) Moenaert of Sterling Heights, Michigan, and Mrs. Sylvesta Noga of Alicia Heights, Pa.; nieces and nephews.

Family and Friends will be received at the Richard D. Hillis Funeral Home, Petrolia, Pa., today, April 7, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m.

Friends are invited to join with her Family on Monday, April 8, at 2 p.m. at Jefferson Cemetery, Waynesburg R.D., Pa.

Local arrangements are under direction of the Behm Funeral Home Inc., 1477 Jefferson Road, Jefferson, Pa., Gregory P. Rohanna, Supervisor.
