Mary Margaret (Tassone) Vidonish, 87, of Masontown, Pa., died Wednesday, April 10, 2002, at Uniontown Hospital. She was born March 31, 1915, in Ronco, Pa., daughter of Angelo and Josephine Tassone.

She was a member of All Saints R.C. Church, Masontown, Pa., and enjoyed playing cards and bingo.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased in 1974 by her husband, Peter Thomas Vidonish, whom she married in 1936; brothers, Frank, Louis, Walter, Harry, Victor, August, Gilbert Tassone.

She is survived by two daughters: Michaline Yaniga and her husband, Edward, of Masontown, Pa., and Mary Jo O’Neil and her husband, Terry, of Point Marion, Pa.; a son, Peter Vidonish, and his wife, Denise, of North Huntingdon, Pa.; seven grandchildren: Richard Yaniga, Bob Yaniga, Kathy Rendina, Susie Yaniga, Brent O’Neil, Brandon O’Neil and Alexis Vidonish; and four great-grandchildren: Tia Rendina, Michaela Rendina, Josie O’Neil and Bailey O’Neil.

Friends are invited to attend a Prayer Service at 9:30 a.m. today in the JOHN S. MAYKUTH JR. FUNERAL HOME, Masontown, Pa., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at All Saints R.C. Church, Masontown, Pa., with the Rev. Fr. James F. Bump officiating. A private burial will take place at Saint Agnes Cemetery, Masontown.
