Timothy Allen Mikolajcyzk, 26, of Masontown was sentenced to Fayette County Prison for six to 23 months, sentence to run consecutively, for DUI.

Timothy Paul Lindquist, 25, of Acme was sentenced to Fayette County Prison for three to 12 months, sentence to run concurrently, for theft by deception. He must make restitution of $198.74 to Dave’s Total Image of Connellsville.

Donna Rae Lincoln, 40, of Martin was sentenced to Intermediate Punishment for 23 months, the first 60 days to be served on house arrest with electronic monitoring, for DUI.

William Lewis Shroyer, 44, of Leckrone was sentenced to Fayette County Prison for three to 23 months for criminal mischief. He was ordered to make restitution of $713.13 to Albert Sheranko of Silver Springs, Md. and $3,440 to Geico Insurance of Fredericksburg, Va.

Richard Grooms Jr., 48, of Cardale was sentenced to 18 months probation and ordered to make restitution of $39.98 to Staples for retail theft.

Lawrence Wayne States Jr., 31, of McClellandtown was sentenced to one year probation for ethnic intimidation.

Jason David Basinger, 24, of Connellsville was sentenced to three years probation for terroristic threats and ordered to make restitution of $1,000 to Jennifer McCabe and $225 to Jessica McCabe.

Noel Medrano Zapata, 31, of Fairchance was sentenced to Fayette County Prison for 48 hours to 23 months for DUI.

William Richard Light, 24, of Dunbar was sentenced to one year probation for theft by unlawful taking.

Dale Dwayne Williams, 59, of McClellandtown was sentenced to a State Correctional Institution for 1 to 2 years for DUI.

Corey James Hann, 19, of Connellsville was sentenced to one year probation for possession.

He must make restitution of $139.82 to Fred and Debra Adams of Lemont Furnace, $135.78 to Rodney and Parish Stout of South Connellsville, $118.50 to Andrew and Gwen Wisniewski of Pittsburgh, $75 to Linda Baker of Greensburg. $26.50 to State Farm Ins. Co. and $265.39 to Prudential Insurance Co.
