Norma Joan Phillips, 68, of Mount Pleasant (Bullskin Township) died Monday, April 15, 2002, at her residence. She is survived by her husband, John F. Phillips; two sons, Douglas Phillips of Jeannette and Dave Phillips of Clinton; two daughters, Mrs. Andy (Cherie) Pinsky of Scottdale and Mrs. Bill (Cheryl) Fella of Everson; 11 grandchildren; three brothers, Robert, Norman and Roger Davis all of Hagerstown, Md. and three sisters, Mrs. Herbert (Naomi) Poole of Virginia Beach, Va., Deloris Davis and Mrs. Albert (Diane) Bartles both of Hagerstown, Md.

Friends will be received at Brooks Funeral Home Inc., 406 E. Washington St., Mount Pleasant, today from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m.
