PennDOT announces schedule

Fayette County Maintenance Manager, Merle G. Bolen, announced the following tentative work plan for the this week. All maintenance activities are conducted on a weather-permitting basis. Motorists should drive with caution throughout all work areas.

? The Bridge Team will be performing bridge repairs on Route 982.

? The Sign Team will be upgrading and replacing old, missing or damaged signs and posts on various state routes throughout Fayette County.

? Team Mill Run will be performing base repairs on Baptist Church Hill Road.

? Team Limestone Hill will be cutting shoulders on routes 381 and 119.

? Team Main Shed will be flushing pipes and culverts on various state routes.

? Team Cloverleaf will be cleaning drains on Gillespie Road.

? Team Searights will be performing base repairs, base stabilization and pipe replacement on Route 166.

? Team Big Six will be making sub-base repairs and patching potholes on SR 3005.

? Team Summit will be installing under-drains on and performing shoulder upgrades on Route 40, Summit Mountain.
