Charity Nicole Smith of West Brownsville and Robert L. Moran Jr. of Smithfield are engaged to be married. A wedding for this year is planned.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Jerry and Sandra Smith of Monroe Avenue, West Brownsville. She is a graduate of California High School.
Her fianc’ is the son of Margaret Lindsey of Smithfield and the late Robert L. Moran Sr. He is a graduate of Fairchance-Georges High School.
