Vehicle damaged

William Shaffer Jr., 54, of Outcrop told state police that someone threw a rock through the rear driver side window of his vehicle while it was parked on Mark Drive at 12 a.m. Friday. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact state police at 724-439-7111.

German Twp.

Two-vehicle accident

No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident along Croushore Road at 7:40 a.m. Thursday, according to state police. Marsh Bannister, 28, of Masontown and Gene Tunney, 39, of Adah were the drivers of the vehicles. Marcus Fenton, 2, of Masontown was a passenger in Bannister’s vehicle.

Criminal mischief

Clair McKlveen of 114 Logonecker Road, Connellsville, told state police that someone hit her mailbox with a blunt object, destroying it. Anyone with information regarding the incident is asked to contact state police at 724-439-7111.

South Union Twp.

Two injured

Margaret Krassa, 72, and Alfred Jones, 57, both of Uniontown, were transported to Uniontown Hospital for minor injuries after their vehicles collided along Route 21 at 9:55 a.m. Monday, according to state police.

Man charged

Joseph David Tobias, no age given, of Allison was charged by state police with harassment after he allegedly grabbed a 47-year-old Morgantown, W.Va., woman and attempted to kiss her in the Uniontown Mall parking lot at 11:25 a.m., April 11, according to state police.

Police said Tobias conversed with the woman, whom he did not know, then grabbed her by her arm, pulling her toward him in attempt to kiss her, when she said she needed to leave to go to an appointment. Police said the woman broke free of Tobias’ grasp, went into the mall and called police.

Items stolen

John Zadell, 45, of Dunbar and William Holsing, 44, of Markleton told state police that someone burglarized their cabin along Fire Tower Road and stole various items between 4 p.m. Tuesday and 4:30 p.m. Thursday. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police at 724-439-7111.

Swimming pool damaged

Margaret Patterson, 50, of Leckrone told state police that someone damaged her swimming pool between 11:30 a.m. and 1:35 p.m. April 11.

Disorderly conduct

State police cited James Edward Pilato Jr., no age given, of Englishman Hill, Connellsville, and a 16-year-old Connellsville man for yelling obscenities at each other in Pilato’s home at 12:44 p.m. Saturday.

Rostraver Twp.

Man injured

Daniel Scott, 29, of Connellsville received minor injuries in a two-vehicle accident on Interstate 70, Exit 46, at 10:53 a.m. Friday, according to state police. Michael Peters, 34, of Pittsburgh was the driver of the other vehicle.

Amwell Twp.

Fence damaged

Shelby Bamberger of Prosperity told state police that someone on a four-wheel ATV drove through a fence line along Vista Valley Road at Sturge Road, breaking four fence posts between 5 p.m. Friday and 8 a.m. Saturday. Damage is estimated at $80.

North Union Twp.

Two injured

Brian McAllister, 26, of Connellsville and Theresa Henning, 35, of Pittsburgh received moderate injuries when their vehicles collided along Route 40 at Jumonville Road at 2 p.m. Saturday, according to state police.

Perry Twp.

House struck

State police said that someone driving an unidentified vehicle struck a house located on the corner of Locust and Buchannon streets, causing moderate damage and then fled the scene at 1:30 a.m. Thursday. Anyone with information is asked to contact trooper Garlick at 724-627-6151.

Franklin Twp.

Clothes stolen

State police are investigating a theft that occurred in the Fashion Bug, Greene Plaza, at 7:05 p.m.

According to police, two white women, between the ages of 18 and 23 left the store with an unknown amount of clothing without paying. One of the women is described as being tall with a thin build, the other, short, possibly pregnant. Police said a white male with a mustache and short brown hair waited in an older, red SUV, then fled the scene with the women.

Woman harassed

Theresa Vojacek of Uniontown told state police that someone known to her harassed her in her home at 9 p.m. April 7.

South Union Twp.

Man arrested

State police said Jeffery David Kennedy, 30, of Uniontown was arrested for disorderly conduct along O’Connell Avenue after he allegedly played his car radio too loud at 12:02 a.m. Friday.

South Union Twp.

Two charged

State police said Andrew Norman, 18, and Jared Michael Szerensci, 19, both of Masontown, were charged with underage drinking at 12:30 a.m. Sunday along Matthew Drive.

Connellsville Twp.

No one injured

Neither John Robert Walton of Mount Pleasant nor Luke A. Metzger of Connellsville were injured in a two-car accident along Route 119 near the East Crawford Avenue exit at 4:55 p.m. Tuesday, state police said.

North Union Twp.

Teen missing

Alexandria Lee Nicklow, 15, of Uniontown was reported missing after she left her 656 Coolspring St. residence with a known female at 9:40 p.m. Saturday and did not return, state police said.

The girl has brown hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing blue jeans with a black shirt and tennis shoes.

North Union Twp.

Charges filed

State police said Shaun D. Halfhill, 18, of Mount Braddock was arrested for resisting arrest, making false reports to law enforcement and false reports of theft, underage drinking and harassment after he allegedly lied to police about his vehicle being stolen and shoved his father in the presence of an officer at 2:40 a.m. Thursday.

Halfhill was arraigned before District Justice Wendy Dennis and placed in Fayette County Jail for failure to post bond.

South Union Twp.

Man assaulted

State police said a 15-year-old Uniontown girl assaulted a Wal-Mart security officer after the officer apprehended her for attempting to steal $123.50 in clothing and other items from the store at 8:30 p.m. March 12.

Harassment probed

State police are investigating an incident that occurred along West Church Street at 7:30 p.m. April 2. Ralph E. Kyer, 52, of Morgantown told police that someone scratched the length of his Ford F-150 truck, and Charlotte A. Kyer, 43, of Morgantown reported that someone shoved her at that time.
