LAMBERT COMMUNITY REUNION will be held on Aug. 24 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Hutchinson Park, Hopwood. Dr. Evelyn Hovanec will be the guest. MARIANNA LIBRARY will offer free blood pressure screening on May 1. No appointment is necessary. A new gardening club is being formed. Anyone interested in joining is asked to call the library to register. The library offers a fax and copier service. The library’s board meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. on May 21.
