Burglary
An undetermined amount of narcotics was taken from Health Center Pharmacy during a burglary at 3:50 a.m. Thursday, state police said.
The burglary damaged the door to gain entry. Police are investigating.

Firearms violation
State police are investigating an incident in which a 56-year-old male allegedly went to Wal-Mart to purchase a firearm and was prohibited to do so because of his criminal history.
The incident occurred at 12:17 p.m. on Sept. 30, police said.

Credit card fraud
State police are investigating an incident in which a woman allegedly used the identification of a Masontown man to obtain a credit card and ran up an $850 balance between Dec. 1, 2000, and July 1, 2001.
The woman got a credit card in the name of Gary W. Swaney, 40 and defaulted on the debt, police said.

Firearms violation
State police are investigating an incident in which a 39-year-old male allegedly went to Wal-Mart to purchase a firearm and was prohibited from doing so because of his criminal history.
The incident occurred at 4:37 p.m. on Nov. 12, police said.

Burglary
State police are investigating an incident in which a Smith and Wesson .44 Magnum revolver was taken from a home on Madison Avenue in Hopwood between 10 a.m. and noon Saturday.
The owner is George William Dye, 47, of Hopwood. The gun is valued at $400. Police said a suspect is known.

Criminal mischief
A wooden door at the rear of a home in Gibbon Glade was damaged between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. April 16, state police said.
The owner is Nick Ciaccia.

Harassment
State police are investigating an incident in which someone allegedly left a threatening note on a door on a home on Brick Road between 7:20 a.m. and noon Tuesday, state police said. The victim is Michelle Hall, 28, of Dunbar.

Juvenile apprehended
A 16-year-old male apprehended by city police for allegedly attempting to break into a newspaper machine on West Main Street at 12:04 a.m. Thursday was discovered with stolen items. The juvenile had a stolen MAC card and other items owned by Lisa Bitini Gould that were taken six months ago. The boy was turned over to his mother and charges are pending, police said.

Criminal mischief
Someone made small slices in a pool liner on Barton Mill Road between 11 p.m. April 11 and 8 a.m. April 12, state police said.
The owner is Jason Burchick of Uniontown.

Traffic accident
No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Route 119 and Collier Road at 9:55 a.m. April 9, state police said.
A 1988 Chevrolet minivan driven by Robin L. Palmer of Fairchance and a 2000 Komatsu loader driven by Greg Senda of Fairchance were involved in the accident.

A plastic bag containing food and an apple was thrown at a home on Walnut Street in two separate incidents Wednesday night, city police said.
The owner is Dolores Thomas. The incidents were reported at 9:10 and 9:43 p.m.

City police are investigating an incident in which three males allegedly threw rocks and broke windows at Region Buick at 8:20 p.m. Wednesday.

Harassment
City police said harassment charges are pending against two females for an incident that occurred at 1:48 p.m. Wednesday.
The females allegedly called Megan L. Trombetta of Millview Street and harassed and threatened her.
