Denice Ann Crouse of Carmichaels and Richard Allen Blaker of Carmichaels are engaged to be married. The bride-to-be is the daughter of Patricia Crouse of Carmichaels and the late Richard Crouse. She is a 1989 graduate of Carmichaels Area High School and is employed with Laidlaw Educational services.

Her fianc’ is the son of J. Allen and Patricia Blaker of Carmichaels. A 1989 graduate of Carmichaels, he is also a 1993 graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He is also employed with Laidlaw Educational Services as a dispatcher.

A June 7, 2003 wedding is being planned.
